摘要
雷公藤类药物的研究与应用一直是类风湿关节炎治疗的重点,其在临床上疗效显著。且对类风湿关节炎相关细胞因子IL-10和IL-17的影响越来越受重视。通过从细胞水平探讨雷公藤类药物在抗骨破坏方面的优势及最新的对类风湿关节炎细胞水平研究的论证,可进一步探索雷公藤类药物配方的增效减毒机制,为植物药开发、推广与运用提供更可靠的依据。
The researches and applications of Tripterygium drugs has been the focus of the treatment on rheumatoid arthritis, its clinical curative effect is really distinct and Tripterygium drugs about the related cytokine IL - 10 and IL - 17 on rheumatoid arthritis re- ceives more and more attention. The purpose of this paper is to through the discussions of Tripterygium drugs in advantages of resist- ances to bone destruction and the latest medical researches on rheumatoid arthritis in cellular level, so we can provide more reliable ba- sis for further exploration of mechanism about Tripterygium drugs formula to improve effect and decrease toxicity, development, popu- larization and application in plant medicine.
