瑶药紫九牛的薄层色谱研究

The TLC Research of Ventilago leiocarpa Benth

目的:建立瑶族常用药材紫九牛的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别对药材中的大黄素、翼核果醌进行鉴别。结果:紫九牛药材薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置上显相同颜色斑点。结论:建立起的两种薄层鉴别方法鉴别专属性强,操作简便,可用于瑶药紫九牛的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality control method of Ventilago leiocarpa Benth. Methods The emodin and leiocarpa- quinone were identified by TLC. Results The spots in the chromatogram of the test solution corresponding to the position to emodin and leiocarpaquinone had the same colour. Conclusion The two identification methods of TLC were specific and simple. This standard was capable to effectively control the quality of Ventilago leiocarpa Benth.
