复方万年青胶囊神经保护作用成分的水提取工艺研究

Extraction Technology of Neuro Protective New-drug

目的:确定具有神经保护作用新药的最佳水提取工艺参数。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计优选最佳工艺,以总皂苷和出膏率为综合评分指标,优选最佳水提取工艺,并对优选工艺进行验证。结果:最佳水提取工艺是10倍水,提取3次,每次提取1h。结论:优选后的水提取工艺稳定可靠,可为进一步开发利用该新药提供参考。

Objective To determine the process parameters of optimal water - extraction, which is Neuro Protective New - drug （NPN）. Methods The process parameters were optimized by an orthogonal test L9 （3^4）. Total saponins and the yield were selected as marker components and comprehensive weighted score was used to select and verify optimal process. Results The optimum water - extraction conditions was as follows： NPN was added with 10 times water, decocted for an hour for 3 times. Conclusion The optimized water - extraction and ethanol - extraction method is stable and reliable, and can provide reference for further development and utiliza- tion of the New - drug.
