摘要
根据UIC 615—4和EN 13749—2011等相关强度标准,采用有限元分析软件,分别对高速动车转向架的箱型梁构架和管型梁构架在超常工况、特殊超常工况、模拟运营工况下进行静强度计算,并对两种构架在相同工况下的最大应力、应力集中位置等进行比较。结果表明,在相同工况下,箱型梁构架的最大应力比管型梁小,且避免了在管型梁和纵向梁连接过渡区、侧架和管型梁连接过渡区等处产生应力集中的问题。建议我国高速动车转向架构架采用箱型梁设计。
According to the strength standards"UIC 615- 4" and "EN 13749 - 2011", the finite element analysis soft ware is used to conduct a static strength calculation for box beam frame and pipe beam frame in extraordinary conditions,special extraordinary conditions, simulated operating conditions respectively. The maximum stress and stress concentration of two frames in the same condition are com- pared, and the results show that the box beam frame in the same condition has smaller maximum stress than the tube type beam. At the same time, the stress concentration problem existed in the connecting transition zones between casts beam and longitudinal beam, between side frame and pipe beam could be avoided. So, the the box beam design is recommended to the high-speed train bogie frame.
