摘要
结合灰色关联分析与格序决策理论,提出一种基于灰色格序决策理论的城市轨道交通建设时序确定方法。该模型在构建轨道交通建设时序影响因素指标体系的基础上,对指标集初始样本矩阵进行无量纲化处理,采用熵值-层次分析法相结合的组合赋权法确定指标权重,并引入格序决策理论确定正负理想方案,采用灰色关联分析法度量各方案与理想方案的贴近度,以此确立线路建设的时间序列。以所提出的决策方法对成都市轨道交通初期线网的线路建设时间进行了排序,计算所得到的线路建设时序特征与实际建设情况基本一致。
Combined with the grey relational analysis and the lattice order decision making theory,a method to determine ef- fectively the construction sequence of urban rail transit construction is proposed. On the basis of a influence factor index system, this model uses the dimensionless method to handle the initial sample matrix. The weight of priority parameters is determined by AHP and entropy weight, the lattice order decision making theory is introduced to confirm the positive and negative ideal schemes,and the grey correlation analysis is used to measure the grey correlation degree between the alternative scheme and the i- deal schem. On this b^is,the construction sequence of urban rail transit is decided. A case study of Chengdu rail transit lines is used to verify the effectiveness of the model,and the calculated result shows that the theoretical construction sequence is in ac- cor 'dance with that in the practical rail line construction.
