摘要 针对三氯化铝反应器内部超温的问题,根据其反应特性,设计了一种新型结构的三氯化铝反应器。该结构有利于反应热的及时排除,并利用FLUENT商业软件模拟了自然对流及强制对流条件下,其反应器内部温度场分布情况。结果表明:该反应器在自然对流条件下,大产量会导致内部超温;而强制对流条件下,可以有效控制反应温度,有利于反应的正常有效进行,并拟合得到所需冷却风速和日产量的关系式。通过该研究可有效提高散热效果,在保证产量的同时保证产品质量。 As the problem of overheating inside the aluminum chloride reactor, a new structure of aluminum chloride reactor was designed according to the characteristics of the reaction. The structure was beneficial to the diffusion of the heat of reaction, and the commercial software FLUENT was applied in simulating the temperature fields of reactor in the natural convection and forced convection. The results show that the reactor under the natural convection overheat by the great yield, and under the condition of air forced convection it can effectively control the reaction temperature, and it fits to get the relationship between the yield and the cooling air speed. The equipment can effectively dissipate heat in production, and ensures quality by the great yield.
