摘要
针对目前粽子以手工作业为主,存在生产能力不足的问题,提出了根据传统粽子工艺实行机械化生产。由于人工捆扎粽子多采用棉线多道捆扎方式,在自动化流水线上采用此种方法会增加工艺难度和降低生产效率,因此文中提出了捆扎材料选用食品级且具有热封性能的复合塑料薄膜带;捆扎采用单道捆扎的方式。选择了适用于所选捆扎材料的连续式绕带工艺,确定了满足工艺要求的粽子捆扎机的设计方案。该方案为粽子机械化生产、提高效率提供了一定的参考意见。
In response to the low manual productivity of rice dumplings industry and the difficulty in improving the efficiency of rice dumplings mechanization production, strapping material with heat seal-ability was creatively put forward to strap rice dumplings, and the strapping process was simplified by using single channel strapping way instead of multi- channel strapping way with cotton. Continuous winding process suitable for new strapping material was designed, and strapping process principles of key actuators were determined. The design results showed that the strapping process could realize the mechanization design, and the technical solution provided a new train of thought about improving the efficiency of rice dumplings mechanization production, and lied a solid foundation for later implementation of the whole production line.
