摘要
针对以废纸和秸秆为主要原料,采用挤出工艺生产的新型护角存在表面粗糙、不美观等缺点,提出了在其表面裹包粘贴牛皮纸的方案,并设计了牛皮纸裹包护角的工艺路线和设备。通过对护角的托举装置、牛皮纸压痕裁切定位装置、裹包通道、下压装置和水平推送装置的设计,实现了牛皮纸对护角的全自动裹包。该设计结构紧凑、布局合理、可靠性高,裹包后的新型护角美观、强度更高。该设计有利于加速实现新型护角的工业化生产。
The new angle bead is made of waste paper and straw by extrusion process, and its surface is rough and unsightly. A method was proposed that its surface was wrapped by kraft paper. The process route and device of the new angle bead were designed. By the design of lifting device, kraft paper cut and locating device and wrapping channel, holding-down device and push device, it realized the automatic wrapping of angle bead by kraft paper. The equipment has compact structure, reasonable distribution and high reliability. The new angle bead is beautiful and has higher strength after wrapped. The design is of benefit to accelerate the realization of the new angle of industrialized production.
