摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及激酶功能区受体(KDR)在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平及其与局部血管生成的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测40例乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织和正常乳腺组织中VEGF和KDR的表达水平,并用CD34标记,检测其微血管密度(MVD)。结果:乳腺癌组织中VEGF和KDR阳性表达率均显著高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.01),且MVD亦明显高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.01)。乳腺癌组织中VEGF与KDR表达水平呈正相关关系(P<0.01),且两者均与MVD呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。VEGF和KDR阳性组织中,MVD显著高于两者均阴性的组织(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF和KDR在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率升高且参与了肿瘤血管的生成。
Objective: To investigate the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and kinase domain receptor( KDR) in breast cancer tissue,and its correlation with local angiogenesis. Methods: The expression levels of VEGF and KDR in 40 cases of breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method. The labeled CD34 was used to detect the microvessel density( MVD). Results: The positive expression rates of VEGF and KDR,and MVD in breast cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissue( P〈0. 01). In breast cancer tissue,the expression level of VEGF was positively correlated to the expression level of KDR( P〈0. 01),and the VEGF and KDR were positively correlated with the MVD( P〈0. 01).The MVD in VEGF and KDR positive tissue was significantly higher than that in VEGF and KDR negative tissue( P〈0. 01).Conclusions: The expression rates of VEGF and KDR in breast cancer tissue increase,which is involved in the formation of tumor vessel.
