摘要 研究了A/O生物膜法处理低碳源污水的挂膜启动过程,寻求挂膜完成的简便、快速、合理的方法。结果表明:1实验对组合填料为载体的A/O工艺进行挂膜启动,依据南方低碳源污水C/N比较低的特性,采用"快速排泥法",反应器分开挂膜过程历时15 d,启动过程历时25 d;2在低碳源的情况下,A/O生物膜反应器连续运行25 d,稳定运行时对COD、NH_4^+-N、TN和TP的去除率分别为86.2%,84.4%,45%和12.8%,出水水质除TP外,可达GB18918—2002国家一级A排放标准;3挂膜完成时,镜检可见反应器填料上附着大量菌胶团以及轮虫、钟虫等微型动物,构成结构完整、种群丰富、功能稳定的生态系统。 The biofilm formation and startup of A / O biofilm reactor for low carbon source sewage treatment process were studied to find a simple,fast and reasonable method for judging the comlietion of biofilm formation and startup. The results show: 1Based on the intrinsic of low carbon source sewage,the test was used‘fast sludge method ' for biofilming A / O process. Separate biofilm process lasted 15 d,startup process lasted 25 d; 2When the A / O biofilm reactor was operated 25 d without adding external carbon source,COD,NH4^+-N,TN and TP removal rate respectively reached 86. 2%,84. 4%,45% and 12. 8%.Effluent water quality can reach the GB 18918—2002 1A discharge standard except TP; 3When the biofilm was completed,the reactor was attached on a lot of zoogloea and rotifers,vorticella,and so on,which were constituted a complete structure,rich population,function and stability ecosystem.
