摘要 以腐植酸和十八胺为原料,通过酰氯化、酰胺化两步反应,合成了一种新型油包水降滤失剂HJ-1。HJ-1的最佳合成条件为:酰氯化反应阶段,反应温度75℃,回流反应时间4 h;酰胺化反应阶段,于冷水浴条件下反应,十八胺质量分数20%,反应时间2 h。借助红外光谱图对产物的分子结构进行了表征,证明HJ-1为目标产物。利用高温高压滤失实验、高温老化实验、破乳电压实验、流变性实验等方法,将HJ-1与两种常用降滤失剂OD-1、FB-MOTEX的性能进行了对比,结果表明,HJ-1不仅具有较好的降滤失性,还具有良好的抗温和辅助乳化作用。 Humic acid and octadecylamine are used to create a new water-in-oil drilling fluid loss additive which is named HJ-1 via acyl chlorination and amidation. The optimum synthesis conditions are determined as follows: in the stage of acyl chlorination,the reaction temperature is 75 ℃ and the reflux reaction time is 4 h; in the stage of amidation,under the condition of cold water immersion the mass fraction of octadecylamine is defined as 20% which is accounted for the total mass of humic acid and octadecylamine and the reaction time is 2 h. The molecular structure of the product is characterized by infrared spectrogram,which is proved HJ-1 as the target product. Using fluid loss experiment at high temperature and high pressure,aging test at high temperature,demulsification voltage and rheological property experiments and so on,the performance of HJ-1 is compared with that of OD-1 and FB-MOTEX,which is shown that HJ-1 is effective on reducing fluid loss control,resisting high temperature and assisting emulsification.
