摘要
酸催化下,取代度0.82的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)经固相加热反应,制备吸附材料交联羧甲基纤维素(CCMC)。研究反应条件对CCMC交联度、交联度对CCMC吸附碱性品红(BF)和亚甲基蓝(MB)性能的影响。结果表明,酸浓度对CCMC交联度影响最大,交联度0.39的CCMC的吸附性能最佳。以交联度0.39的CCMC为吸附剂,研究吸附条件包括固液比、染料初始浓度、pH、吸附时间对CCMC吸附性能的影响。20℃,固液比0.25 g/L条件下,CCMC对BF和MB的饱和吸附量分别为570 mg/g和540 mg/g。
Using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose( CMC) with the degree of substitution( DS) of 0. 82 as raw material,a cross linked carboxymethyl cellulose( CCMC) acting as an adsorbent was prepared by solid phase heating reaction under the existence of acid. The effects of reaction conditions on the degree of crosslinking of CCMC and the degree of crosslinking on the adsorption properties of CCMC to dyes fuchsine( BF) and methylene blue( MB) were studied. Results showed that the concentration of acid influenced the degree of crosslinking mostly; CCMC with 0. 39 degree of crosslinking possessed the optimal adsorption properties. Using CCMC with 0. 39 degree of crosslinking as an adsorbent,the adsorption conditions including ratio of solid to liquid,initial concentration of dyes,pH,adsorption time on the adsorption properties were studied. At a ratio of solid to liquid of 0. 25 g / L,the saturated adsorption capacities of CCMC to BF and MB were 570 mg / g and 540 mg / g,respectively,at 20 ℃.
