摘要
总结了近年来国内外研究者制备纳米ZnO工艺的优缺点,同时对目前纳米氧化锌的气敏性能研究工作进行了归纳及整理,然后简述了表面改性方法,最后对其中存在的问题进行了分析总结,对该领域今后的研究提出了一些建议,对ZnO纳米材料的发展前景做了展望。
The relative merits of preparation technology and the gas sensitive performance research of the nano ZnO at home and abroad were summarized in recent years. Then briefly the methods of surface modification,analyzed and summarized the existing problems,and gave some suggestions for later researches in this field. At last,the development prospect of ZnO was prospected.
