生产性服务业主导的生态园区建设模式及实例研究

Study on construction mode of and case study of ecological park dominated by productive service

中国生态工业园区发展已有十余年,但生产性服务业主导型园区生态园区建设实践仍极少。文章以上海临港松江科技城生态园区建设为例,提出了生产性服务业主导型园区生态园区建设总体思路,以及园区和企业层面的建设重点,以期为后工业化时代新兴产业园区建设生态园区提供有益探索与实践经验。

Although the ecological industrial parks have developed in China for over 10 years, the development of ecological park dominated by productive service is still in its infancy. This paper put forward the main idea behind the ecological industrial parks dominated by productive service and the priorities of construction in terms of parks and enterprises by taking Ecological Parks in Shanghai Lingang Hi-teeh City as an example so as to offer best practice for construction of ecological parks in emerging industrial parks in post-industrial era.
