摘要
文章将碳排放纳入农业环境效率评价体系中,利用基于松弛模型(Slack Based Model,SBM)对2003—2014年中国农业环境效率进行了测算和无效率来源分解,并且对农业环境效率进行区域差异分析。实证结果表明:东中西部农业环境效率存在较大差异,东部地区农业环境效率水平最高,其无效率主要来源于机械投入无效率;中西部地区农业环境效率水平较低,其无效率主要来源于碳排放量无效率。
This paper measured the agricultural environmental efficiency and analyzed the source of inefficiency of China between 2003 and 2014 by incorporating the carbon emission into evaluation system of agricultural environmental efficiency and by using the Slack Based Model (SBM). The result show that agricultural environmental efficiency differs greatly in East China, Central China and West China. The agricultural environmental efficiency of the eastern region is the highest with the inefficiency resulting from inefficient mechanical input while that of central and West China is lower with the inefficiency centering around inefficiency of carbon emission.
