摘要
2016年3月17日发布的"十三五"纲要提到了新三板改革,让新三板以高调的姿态出现在大众面前,新三板市场再次成功地引起了人们的注意,因而新三板挂牌企业的融资效率便成为人们重点关注的问题之一。文章对影响新三板融资效率的因素进行了分析。
As the 13th Five-Year Plan issued on March 17, 2010 mentioned the reform of new tertiary noaru anu mane it public in high profile manner, the new tertiary board has once again attracted the public attention. As a result, the financing efficiency of new tertiary board companies has become one of the most popular issues. The factors affecting financing efficiency of new tertiary board are analyzed in this paper.
