高职高专大学生就业问题研究

Research on employment of college students in higher vocational colleges

各大院校也都在积极努力地寻找各种途径,来解决高校学生就业的难题。庞大的就业群体和有限的就业岗位之间的矛盾愈演愈烈。如何看待高职高专大学生的就业问题和产生的原因以及如何系统地研究出缓解高职生就业对策,成了最终需要解决的问题。文章对这些问题进行了分析并提出了应对策略。

Colleges and universities are actively looking for ways to address the difficulties encountered by university students.during job seeking. The contradiction between a large number of job seekers and limited job opportunities is becoming increasingly acute. How to view the unemployment of college students and the causes of the unemployment and how to find out a systematic countermeasures against unemployment of students of higher vocational schools？ These problems need to be solved.Above problems are analyzed and corresponding solutions are put forward in this paper.
