PL公司在实施6σ管理中主动开展各类项目,文章通过"提高18Cr2Ni4W齿轮的热处理合格率"这个项目的实施过程和结果的介绍,以期验证在PL公司推进6σ的可行性和适用性,并树立一个可供参考的案例。
The PL company actively carries out all kinds of projects when conducting 6σ management. This paper aims to verify the feasibility and applicability of developing 6σ and set a typical example for others to follow by introducing the implementation and result of the project ＂improving the qualified rate of the heat treatment of 18Cr2Ni4W gear .
