双极电凝技术在鼻内窥镜下鼻出血止血术中的应用

Application of bipolar coagulation technique in hemostasis surgery of nose bleeding under nasal endoscope

文章以探讨双极电凝在鼻内窥镜下鼻出血止血术中的应用疗效为目的。研究结果表明随访平均12周。其中1例出院2天后再次出血,4例发生鼻腔轻度粘连,其余无出血及并发症。最终笔者总结出鼻内窥镜下双极电凝止血术在治疗鼻出血过程中疗效良好,手术微刨是治疗鼻出血的可靠方法的结论。

This article aims to investigate the efficacy of endoscopic bipolar coagulation in application of nasal bleeding. Results show that one patient bled again after being discharged two days ago. Four patients suffered from mild nasal adhesion and the remaining patients showed no sign of bleeding or complications. Bipolar coagulation used in endoscopic surgery is effective for treating nasal bleeding and microsurgery proves to be a reliable way to treat nose bleeding.
