摘要
在分析抚河流域的水资源、水质、人口、经济、社会发展等基本情况的前提下,以流域内具有代表性的3个典型县域为背景,构建水资源承载力评价指标体系。采用层次分析法计算了典型县域不同时期的水资源承载力状况。研究结果表明:不同经济背景、人口状况和产业比例的区域,水资源承载力存在显著差异。随着社会的发展,经济结构的不断调整,研究区域内的水资源系统与其他系统的协调性在不断增强。
The carrying capacity of water resources evaluation system was constructed under the analysis of basic situation of water resources,water quality,population,economy and social development in Fuhe River basin as well as in the background of three typical counties in this basin. The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the carrying capacity of water resources in different periods of typical counties. The results showed that there were significant differences of water resources carrying capacity in different economic backgrounds,different population status and different industry proportion. With the development of society and the continuous adjustment of economic structure,the coordination of water resources system and other systems was constantly strengthened.
