摘要
以邻二甲苯为起始原料,经苯环溴化、甲基氧化、羧基脱水成酐、酰亚胺化、氨解、酰胺脱水6步反应合成一种用于制备功能性酞菁的重要前驱体——4,5-二溴邻苯二甲腈,总收率29.9%,其分子结构已通过核磁共振氢谱及质谱的表征,该化合物作为前驱体已成功制备出不同的功能性酞菁.
4,5 Dibromophthalonitrile was synthesized by the use of o-xylene as the starting materials. O- xylene was treated via six-step reactions of hromation, oxidation, dehydration, imidization, ammonolysis, and dehydration to prepare the primary precursor of functional phthalocyanine in an overall yield of 29.9%. The structure had been confirmed by 1H NMR and EI-MS spectroscopy. As a precursor, 4, 5- dibromophthalonitrile was used to prepare different functional phthalocyanines successfully.
