摘要
进行了不同倾斜角度、不同锚固深度的自攻螺钉在杉木中的抗拔性能试验。主要研究自攻螺钉在杉木中的拉拔破坏形态和不同倾斜角度、锚固深度对拉拔性能的影响。试验结果表明:破坏形态分为自攻螺钉拔出破坏和自攻螺钉屈服破坏。自攻螺钉的抗拔承载力随着锚固深度、与木材顺纹方向倾斜角度的增大而增大;只有锚固深度为16d(d为自攻螺钉的直径)时,试件才会发生自攻螺钉屈服破坏;单考虑倾斜角度的因素,倾斜角度接近木材横纹方向抗拔性能最好。
The withdrawal capacity of self-tapping screw in Chinese fir was investigated by different angles and anchoring depths. The failure mode of self-tapping screw in Chinese fir and different angle and the anchoring depth affect the performance of withdrawing were mainly studied. The test results show that: failure modes include self-tapping screw pull out and yielding failure of screw. The withdrawal capacity was increased with the increase in anchoring depth and dip angle. The ductile failure of yielding screws occurred with the slenderness ratio of screws up to 16d (d is the diameter of self-tapping screws). Considering angle only, the withdrawal capacity is the best if the screw angle is heading to wood grain direction as close as possible.
