肿瘤患者口腔感染真菌分布与药敏分析 被引量:3

Fungal distribution and drug sensitivity analysis of cancer patients with oral infection

摘要 目的研究肿瘤患者口腔感染真菌分布及敏感性,为临床抗真菌药物的选择提供依据。方法选取2014年12月-2015年12月医院口腔科诊治82例肿瘤真菌感染患者临床资料,采集患者标本,分析肿瘤患者口腔感染真菌分布及其对抗真菌药物的敏感性,数据采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果 82例口腔真菌感染肿瘤患者的科室分布相对较广,排前3位的科室分别为老年科、ICU及内分泌科,分别占31.71%、28.05%及12.20%;肿瘤口腔感染患者中共分离出真菌103株,排在前3位的分别为白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌以及光滑假丝酵母菌,分别占50.49%、20.39%以及12.62%;白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌及光滑假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B敏感率均为100.00%。结论肿瘤患者口腔感染的真菌相对复杂,应加强真菌的分离、鉴定,并根据真菌类型进行药敏试验,选择敏感抗菌药物。 OBJECTIVE To study fungal distribution and sensitivity to drugs of cancer patients with oral infection,so as to provide reference about how to choose antifungal drugs in clinic.METHODS A total of 82 cases of cancer patients with fungal infections got treatment from department of stomatology in our hospital during Dec.2014 to Dec.2015 were selected and samples of these patients were collected to analyze fungal distribution and sensitivity to antifungal drugs by using SPSS 18.0to give statistic analysis.RESULTS The departments of 82 cancer patients with oral infection were distributed widely,and the top three were department of geriatrics,ICU and endocrinology,accounting for 31.71%,28.05 and 12.20%respectively.A total of 103 strains of fungi were isolated from the cancer patients with oral infection,and the top three were Candida,Candida tropicalis and Candida glabrata,accounting for 50.49%,20.39%and 12.62%,respectively.Drug sensitivity rates of Candida,Candida tropicalis and Candida glabrata to amphotericin B were all 100.0%.CONCLUSIONThe fungi of cancer patients with oral infections is relatively complex,which should be given strengthened isolation and identification,and sensitive antibiotics should be used according to the drug sensitivity test.
