摘要
某复杂硫化铜硫矿石因磁黄铁矿含量较高,含铜矿物与磁黄铁矿嵌布较紧密,并且铜硫矿物嵌布粒度不均匀,常规选矿工艺难以获得较理想选矿指标。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对该矿石的选矿工艺及药剂制度进行了详细的选矿试验。结果表明,采用"部分优先—铜硫混合浮选—混浮粗精矿再磨分离",并将部分优先浮选铜精矿返回铜硫分离精二中进行载体浮选的工艺,可获得铜品位19.91%、回收率95.20%的铜精矿,该工艺能显著提高铜回收率。研究结果对该矿石的生产工艺优化具有指导意义。
A complex copper sulfide ore containing high content of pyrrhotite,copper minerals and pyrrhotite is disseminated more closely and copper sulfide minerals dissemination size is uneven.Therefore,it is difficult to obtain a good copper index using conventional beneficiation processes. Based on the characteristic of process mineralogy of the ore,a technological process and reagent system was explored in detail. The results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 19. 91% and recovery rate of 95. 20 % can be obtained by using the process of "part-selective — copper-sulphur bulk flotation-mixed rougher concentrate regrinding and separation"with part-selective copper concentrate used as carriers being returned to the second choice of copper-sulfur. This process can improve the percent recovery of copper significantly. This work has guiding significance for the optimization of the production process of the ore.
