陕西蔡川铜矿含金铜尾矿中金的回收

摘要 在工艺矿物学研究的基础上对含金0.084 g/t、硫2.74%的陕西蔡川铜尾矿进行了金的强化回收技术研究。结果表明,含金铜尾矿经过一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选闭路流程可获得硫品位43.34%、回收率44.30%的硫精矿,其中金品位为1.26 g/t、回收率为42.06%,达到计价标准。另外矿石中的银和镓元素也得到了一定程度的回收。理论分析结果显示,组合药剂的使用可大幅度提高含金矿物的选别效果,Y-89和丁基铵黑药的组合属于正—负型协同药剂,药剂基团中硫原子的Mulliken电荷分布是影响捕收剂选别性能的关键因素。 Based on the mineralogy characteristics,the recovery of gold from Shaanxi Caichuan copper tailings containing gold 0. 084 g / t,sulfur 2. 74% was studied. The results show that a flotation concentrate assaying 43. 34% S,1. 26 g / t Au with sulfur recovery of 44. 30%,gold recovery of 42. 06%was obtained through a closed-circuit of one stage roughing,one stage cleaning and one stage scavenging.The grade of gold was up to industry valuation standard and,meanwhile,the silver and gallium was also partly pre-concentrated in the concentrate. Theoretical analysis shows that the combination of Y-89 and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate,positive-negative type synergistic reagents,could greatly improve the separation indexes of gold-bearing minerals and the Mulliken charge population of the sulfur in collector groups was the key factor to the collector performance.
