摘要
着重研究了泥层承受的压力对压缩浓度的影响,指出影响泥层浓度的两个主要压力特征,一是沉降过程总的液面高度产生的压力,一是内部泥层高度产生的压力。分别对200、250、300 mm不同液位高度产生的压力和矿浆浓度为13%、19%、22%时沉降后泥层高度不同产生的压力效应进行了研究。结果表明,两种不同压力特征对压缩过程泥层浓度的影响显著,当压力增大时,泥层浓度会随之增大。这对浓密机的设计及工艺过程控制具有积极的指导意义。
In this paper,the influence of the pressure on the compressive concentration was mainly studied. Moreover,two main characteristics of the concentration of the mud bed were also pointed out that one is the pressure generated by the total settlement process,and the other is the pressure generated by the internal mud layer. A study of pressure effects of mud concentration has been carried out under the conditions of liquid level height of 200,250,300 mm and slurry orignal concentration of 13%,19% and22%,respectively. The results show that the two kinds of pressure characteristics have a significant effect on the concentration of sludge in the compression process. When the pressure increases, the concentration of the mud layer will increase. It has a positive guiding significance to the engineering design and process control of the thickener.
