摘要
随着人类对农产品需求量的不断扩大,为了保证农产品的产量和质量,农药的使用量也越来越大。长期和大量使用农药导致环境及食品安全问题越来越严重,开展农药残留分析和降解方法的相关研究具有重大的意义。就近年来农产品中农药残留检测及降解技术的研究进展进行了综述,对样品前处理技术,农药残留检测技术及降解技术做了详细的介绍,以期为相关问题的研究提供参考。
Pesticides can not only increase grain yield, also ensure the quality of the product. So it plays an important role during rice growth and storage. However, the use of pesticides has brought environmental pollution and food safety issues, and it's significant to develop pesticide residue analysis and digestion methods. We introduced the research progress of pesticide resi- dues and their degradation technology during storage in recent years, for sample, pre-treatment technology, pesticide residue analysis and degradation technology, in order to provide a reference for related issues research.
