年龄和育肥对苏尼特羊脑组织脂肪酸组成的影响

Effects of age and fattening on the composition of fatty acids in brain tissues of Sunite sheep

摘要 为了研究年龄和育肥对苏尼特羊脑组织脂肪酸组成的影响,试验从苏尼特左旗种羊场放牧群中选择当年、1.5岁和成年羯羊各6只,育肥群中选取6只肥羔,屠宰,采集脑组织样品,测定脂肪酸组成。结果表明:1)脑组织中含有丰富的n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFA),尤其是二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量比其他组织高出很多倍,随着年龄的增加DHA含量极显著下降(P<0.01)。随着年龄的增加脑组织中链饱和脂肪酸(MCFA)(P<0.05)、C18︰0(P<0.01)以及短链饱和脂肪酸(SCFA)(P<0.01)含量上升;相反,C18︰1c9含量下降(P<0.01)。随着年龄的增加,脑组织中n-6多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6PUFA)/n-3 PUFA(n-6/n-3,P<0.01)和饱和脂肪酸/不饱和脂肪酸(S/U)极显著上升(P<0.01)。2)育肥使苏尼特羊脑组织中MCFA(P<0.05)、C18︰0(P<0.01)以及SCFA(P<0.01)含量升高,C18︰1c9含量极显著降低(P<0.01);n-3PUFA含量极显著下降(P<0.01),同时使n-6 PUFA/n-3 PUFA极显著提高(P<0.01)。说明苏尼特羊脑组织具有n-3PUFA营养特性,但年龄增长和育肥使得脑组织中n-3PUFA营养特性明显降低。 To study the effects of age and fattening on the fatty acid composition in brain tissue of Sunite sheep, each six sheep at current year, 1.5 years old and adult age in grazing group as well as six fattening Iambs in fattening group were selected from the sheep stud of Sonid Zuoqi improvement station. Brain tissue samples were collected and their fatty acid composition was detected after slaughter. The results show that the brain tissue was rich in n -3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n- 3PUFA), especially the docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) content was many times higher than that in other tissues and was extremely significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) with increasing age. The content of medium - chain saturated fatty acids (MCFA) in the brain tissue was significantly increased (P 〈 O. 05 ) with increasing age, and the contents of C18:0 and short - chain saturated fatty acids (SCFA) were extremely significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ), respectively; in contrast, the content of C18 : I c9 was extremely significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 01 ). The contents of n- 6 to n -3 PUFA and saturated to unsaturated (S/U) fatty acids in the brain tissue were extremely significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) with increasing age, respectively. The content of MCFA in the brain tissue was significantly increased ( P 〈 O. 05 ) by fattening, and the contents of C18:0 and SCFA were extremely significantly increased ( ( P 〈 0. 01 ), while the content of C18:1c9 in the brain tissue was extremely significantly reduced (P 〈 0. 01 ), respectively; the content of n -3PUFA was extremely significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 01 ), while the contents of n - 6 to n - 3 PUFA were extremely significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The results indicate that the brain tissue of Sunite sheep has nutritional characteristics of n - 3 PUFA, but the nutritional characteristics of n - 3 PUFA in brain tissue are obviously decreased with increasing age or fattening.
