槟榔江水牛、摩拉水牛和荷斯坦奶牛血清中碱性磷酸酶以及钙、磷含量的测定

Determination of alkaline phosphatase activity,calcium and phosphorus contents in serums of Binlangjiang buffaloes,Murrah buffaloes and Holstein cows

摘要 为了积累槟榔江水牛血清生化指标的基础数据,试验以10头槟榔江水牛为研究对象,对其血清中钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性进行测定,并与摩拉水牛及荷斯坦奶牛的同类指标进行比较。结果表明:槟榔江水牛、摩拉水牛血清中ALP活性均极显著高于荷斯坦奶牛(P<0.01),槟榔江水牛血清中ALP活性高于摩拉水牛,但差异不显著(P>0.05);槟榔江水牛Ca含量最高,荷斯坦奶牛Ca含量最低,且差异不显著(P>0.05);摩拉水牛P含量最高,荷斯坦奶牛P含量最低,且差异不显著(P>0.05)。 To accumulate the basic data of serum biochemical indexes of Binlangjiang buffaloes, ten Binlangjiang buffaloes were used as research objects in the test. The calcium and phosphorus contents, and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in serum of Binlangjiang buffaloes were determined, and were compared with those of Murrah buffaloes and Holstein cows. The results showed that the ALP activities in serums of Binlangjiang buffaloes and Murrah buffaloes were extremely significantly higher (P 〈0.01 ) than that of Holstein cows, which of Binlangjiang buffaloes was higher than that of Murrah buffaloes, but the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The contents of calcium in serums of Binlangjiang buffaloes and Holstein cows were highest and lowest, respectively, and the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The contents of phosphorus in serums of Murrah buffaloes and Holstein cows were highest and lowest, but the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ).
