图书馆对当今在这个信息化的时代起到了不可忽视的作用,它不仅承担着人才培养的功能,而且能增强人们的文化意识,丰富人们的文化娱乐生活。本文从我国大部分地区公共图书馆的实际出发,对其发展、现状及问题进行探讨,并针对存在主要问题,提出了发展措施,以进一步促进我国图书馆事业的蓬勃发展。

The libraries have played an important role in the era of information technology which is unable to be ignored. They not only respond to the function of talent training,but also enhance the cultural consciousness of individuals and enrich people ＇s cultural entertainment. Based on the reality of libraries in most parts of our country,this article discussed its development,present situation and problems and expressed the development measures regarding to the main issues,in order to further promote the vigorous development of the library in our country.
