摘要
笔者通过外植体采集、增殖培养、生根培养、大棚炼苗试验,对美国奇异核桃Vlach(乌拉克)进行组织培养技术研究,建立了1套Vlach组培生根体系,并对生根过程中的暗培养时间和蔗糖浓度分别进行了单因素试验。结果表明,暗培养10 d或13 d,生根效果最佳;蔗糖浓度为20 g/L时,生根效果最佳。为乌拉克的大规模生产奠定了基础。
A set of Vlach tissue culture rooting system was established through the plant tissue culture of Vlach including the collection of explants,multiplication culture,rooting culture and greenhouse cultivation. The single factor experiments of the dark treatment time and sucrose concentration were carried out. Results showed that rooting effect of Vlach was best when the dark treatment time was 10 or 13 days and the sugar concentration of was 20 g / L,which laid the foundation for the large-scale production and promotion of Vlach.
