摘要
以晋RS-1系、晋RS-2系、晋RS-3系核桃砧木及中林1号早实核桃1年生枝条为材料,通过设置0℃,-10℃,-20℃,-30℃,-40℃5个温度梯度,研究低温胁迫对4个参试品种核桃1年生枝条游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及SOD活性的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,参试品种游离脯氨酸含量随温度降低均呈整体上升趋势,但不同品种间游离脯氨酸含量变化规律不同,游离脯氨酸含量最高值都出现在-40℃,且-10℃^-40℃的4个处理中各品种间游离脯氨酸含量差异显著。参试核桃细胞中MDA含量随温度降低总体呈增长态势,但不同品种间MDA含量变化趋势差异显著。参试品种SOD活性随温度降低呈现先升后降的趋势,其中,晋RS-1系及晋RS-2系核桃砧木SOD活性最高值出现在-30℃,晋RS-3系砧木及中林1号早实核桃SOD活性最高值出现在-20℃,各品种间差异显著。
Effect of low temperature stress on free proline content,MDA content and SOD activity of one-year-old branches of Jin RS-1,Jin RS-2,Jin RS-3 Juglans regia stock and Zhonglin 1 early-bearing Juglans regia through setting 5 temperature treatments such as 0 ℃,- 10 ℃,- 20 ℃,- 30 ℃ and- 40 ℃. Results showed that the free proline content of each testing variety increased with fall of temperature,but changes between the 4 testing varieties were different. The maximum value of free proline contents appeared when the temperature was- 40 ℃,and the free proline content between the 4testing varieties under same temperature treatment were significantly different. The MDA content of each testing variety increased with fall of temperature,but changes between the 4 testing varieties were significantly different. SOD activity of each testing variety increased first and then decreased with fall of temperature. The maximum value of SOD activity of Jin RS-1 and Jin RS-2 Juglans regia stock appeared when the temperature was- 30 ℃,while the maximum value of SOD activity of Jin RS-3 Juglans regia stock and Zhonglin 1 early-bearing Juglans regia appeared when the temperature was- 20 ℃. And the SOD activity between the 4 testing varieties were significantly different.
