摘要
"十二五"期间,吐哈油田随着致密油、火山岩等特殊或非常规储量的开发,同时油田结构调整致使大量人员转岗到钻井监督岗位,产能建设规模逐年增加和水平井大规模的应用使得对钻井监督业务的需求与监督素质之间的矛盾非常突出。为了保障油田上产的需要,吐哈油田公司监督中心自2012年成立以来,制修订《钻井工程监督手册》并配套了支持平台的制度建设,探索出了以"点控"为核心的监督模式。实践证明,点控监督体系符合吐哈油田工作实际,在短期内现场监督工作水平有了较大提升,成效显著。
During the 12th "Five-Year Plan", with the development of special or unconventional reserves such as tight oil reservoir, volcanic rock reservoir, etc., a large number of personnel transferring to the drilling supervision position due to oilfield structure adjustment, the scale of production capacity construction increasing year by year and horizontal wells being applied on a large scale make the contradiction between the demand for drilling supervision and supervision quality more prominent in Tuba Oilfield. In order to ensure the increase of oil field production, the supervision center of Tuha Oilfield Company has formulated and revised "Drilling Engineering Supervision Manual", established the corresponding support platform system since its establishment in 2012, and it also discusses on the supervision mode based on "point control". Practice has proved that the "point control" supervision system is in line with the actual conditions in Tuha Oilfield, and its implementation has achieved remarkable results in the site supervision work.
