摘要
青海油田扎哈泉地区的第一口致密油水平井扎平X1井,在N_1地层钻井过程中机械钻速慢,由此造成该井钻井周期长达194.63d、完井周期210.85d,N_1地层机械钻速仅为0.94m/h。2015年部署在扎哈泉地区的扎平X2井、扎平X3井、扎平X4井3口水平井,通过工厂化钻井模式及井区管理模式的改变和技术创新,使机械钻速大幅提高,为今后在扎哈泉地区的水平井施工积累了丰富经验。
In the drilling process of the first horizontal well (Zaping X1 well) in the tight oil reservoir of Zahaquan area of Qinghai Oil-field, the mechanical drilling speed of N1 layer is low, and it is only 0.94 m/h, which leads to the long drilling cycle of 194.63 d and the long completion cycle of 210.85 d. In 2015, factory drilling mode and wellblock management mode were applied in the drilling of three horizontal wells of Zaping X2 well, Zaping X3 well, Zaping X4 well in the area, which makes the mechanical drilling speed is greatly increased and accumulates rich experience for the future construction of horizontal wells in Zahaquan area.
