摘要 为满足东北及北京地区冬季对天然气的需求,中国石油加大了对东北天然气管网及地下储气库的投资建设。作为辽河油田第二批上报筛选的储气库,兴古7潜山具有储层埋藏深、气井工况复杂、临近城区等难点。从安全角度进行分析,优选出油管材质L80-13Cr,Φ114.3mm的BGT油管作为注采完井管柱,并结合管柱功能设计了地面安全阀、井下安全阀等工具组成的安全控制系统。该项目能够有效应对气井泄露、憋压、着火等安全事故,降低城区气井安全隐患,提高储气库生产和管理水平,具有广泛的应用前景和较高的安全与社会效益。 CNPC increased the investment in the construction of the natural gas pipeline network and underground gas storage in the Northeast of China to meet the demand of northeast and Beijing for natural gas in winter. Xinggu 7 buried hill is the second batch of gas storage selected by Liaohe Oilfield, and it has deeply buried reservoir, complex gas well conditions and is close to the city. From the view of safety, L80-13Cr is selected as the material of tubing, BGT tubing of Ф114.3mm is as the injection-production completion well pipe string, and the safety control system composed of ground safety valve and downhole safety valve is designed according to the function of pipe string. The project can effectively deal with the leak, hold pressure, fire and other accidents of gas well, reduce the security risks of urban gas well, and improve the production and management level of the gas storage. It has a broad application prospect, high security and good social benefit.
