摘要
吐哈盆地雁木西油田部分井固井质量优质,但是投产后环空出现窜流通道、产液含水率高的问题,后期挤水泥产生了高额补救费用。环空窜流的原因是射孔破坏隔层水泥环,界面胶结强度低。提出了使用动态振动固井技术提高顶替效率,管外封隔器隔开油水层,并且使用抗盐增韧水泥浆体系提高水泥石抗冲击性能等新技术方案,在现场成功应用。
A part of wells in Yanmuxi oilfield of Turpan Hami Basin have good well cementing quality, but there is channeling in annular space and high water cut in produced liquid water after production, and therefore high remediation cost was produced in late cement squeezing. The cause leading to the channeling in annular space is that perforating destroys interlayer cement sheath to reduce interfaeial bond strength. To solve this problem, some new techniques such as to use dynamic vibration cementing technology for improving the displacement efficiency, to use an outer packer for separating oil layer with water layer, to use salt-resistant and toughened cement slurry system for Improving the impact resistance of cement paste, etc. are proposed, and they are applied successfully in field.
