图书馆备案是民国时期图书馆法规的要件之一,备案内容包括图书馆名称、地址、经费、藏书、建筑、章则、职员等,其成效主要表现在规范图书馆创设、完善图书馆法规、鼓励图书馆发展等方面。民国时期图书馆备案制的发展推进了我国图书馆的法治化进程。
The library registry during the Period of the Republic of China is one of the main components of li- brary regulations, including the name, address, funds, collection of books, construction, regulation, staff, and so on. Its major effects are to standardize the establishment of library, improve the library regulations, and encourage the development of the library, and so on.
