摘要
新兴陇药产业有别于传统甘肃省中药材产业。甘肃省具有发展新兴陇药产业的政策条件和资源优势,可以构建陇药文化产业、多用途中药材产业、中药材仓储产业和中医药养生保健产业等新兴陇药产业。新兴陇药产业支持体系构建包括产业政策体系、税收优惠政策、融资支持体系等政策体系,陇药法律体系,宣传体系、人才培养、产业监管等其他支持性体系的构建。
Chinese emerging herbal medicine industry of Gansu is different from the traditional medicine industry of Gansu. There are policy advantages and resource advantages in Gansu Province. Culture industry, multi-purpose industry warehousing industry and health care industry of traditional Chinese Medicine of Chinese herbal medicine industry of Gansu should be constructed. The policy system, such as industrial policy system, preferential tax policies, finance supporting system and other supporting policy system, legal system and propaganda system, the other support system such as talent cultivation and industry supervision should be included in the construction of the support system of Chinese emerging herbal medicine industry of Gansu.
