摘要
目的:了解消除疟疾阶段疟疾防治人员疟疾知识知晓率现状,为疟疾防治人员培训与教育提供参考依据。方法:根据我国疟疾流行现状,采用典型抽样的方法,运用自制调查问卷调查河南省、湖北省、海南省3省6县(区)共382名基层疟疾防治人员,通过描述性统计分析、卡方检验等方法研究其疟疾知识知晓情况。结果:疟疾知识总体知晓率为73.06%,河南省、湖北省和海南省知晓率分别为69.06%、77.17%和64.95%,基础知识、病症知识、病原知识、防治知识总体知晓率分别为81.82%、71.47%、65.62%、71.92%,县级医院、县级疾病预防控制中心、乡镇卫生院和村卫生室的知晓率分别为80.60%、80.48%、67.02%、56.20%。结论:基层的不同人群、不同类别知识知晓率存在显著差异,总体知晓率水平相对较高,但仍未达到《中国消除疟疾行动计划(2010-2020年)》中90%的目标要求,需要进一步加强培训。
Objective: To understand the status of awareness rate of malaria knowledge of China's grass-roots malaria control staff, and to provide references for training and educating for them. Methods: According to the current malaria epidemic in China, with a typical sampling method and using self-made questionnaires, a total of 382 grass-roots malaria control staff from 6 counties (districts) of Henan, Hubei and Hain- an province were investigated. The descriptive statistical analysis, square test and ANOVA were used to study the malaria knowledge rate of them. Results : The overall awareness rate of malaria knowledge was 73.06% ; Henan, Hubei and Hainan province's awareness rate were respectively 69. 06%, 77.17% and 64.95%; the overall awareness rate of basic knowledge, disease knowledge, pathogen knowledge, prevention and treatment knowledge were 81.82%, 71.47%, 65.62% and 71.92% respectively; the awareness rate of county hospitals, county centers for disease prevention and control, township hospitals and village clinics were 80.60%, 80.48%, 67.02% and 56.20%. Conclusion: In the grass-roots areas of China, the awareness rate of different populations and different types of malaria knowledge had significant differences. The overall awareness rate was good, but it still does not meet the national requirements of 90%. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the training and education for the grass-roots malaria control staff.
