摘要
目的:通过对甘肃省甘南州藏区医务人员工作满意度的调查分析,找出影响满意度的因素并提出对策,进一步提高藏区医疗卫生服务质量。方法:在甘南州选择3个县区进行医务人员工作满意度调查,根据个人基本情况针对工作特征、工作感受、工作与家庭、医患关系、执业环境与感知变化进行单因素分析。结果:医务人员工作满意度的性别、民族因素差异性不显著,年龄、工作机构、学历、工作类型因素差异性显著。结论:医务人员工作满意度汉族总体高于藏族,感知变化维度藏族稍高;综合医院、低职称与41-50岁组的医务人员工作满意度低;职称晋升与专业发展是影响医务人员工作满意度的焦点。
Objective: To analyze the factors from the investigation of Gannan Tibetan medical staff job satisfaction and put forward counter- measures to improve the Tibetan medical health service quality. Methods: Survey the medical staff job satisfaction of three counties of Tibetan Gannan in Gansu province, according to the personal basic status of the medical staff, work experience, work and family, the doctor-patient rela- tionship, practice environment, and the perception change. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Results: Gender and ethnic differences in job satisfaction of medical personnel were not significant, but age, institution, educational level and job types were significantly different. Conclu- sion: For job satisfaction level, Han ethnicity is higher than that of Tibetan. Tibetan is slightly higher in the dimensions of perception changes. The job satisfaction level of medical staffs in general hospital, with lower professional titles, and with age between 41 and 50 years old are low. Title promotion and professional development are the major focus of the medical staff job satisfaction.
