回医药滴鼻剂对中风后遗症期患者血清GSH、MDA水平的干预研究

Effect of Intranasal Drug Recorded in Huihui Yaofang on the Sequelae of Stroke in Patients with Serum GSH and MDA

目的观察回医药滴鼻剂对中风后遗症期患者神经功能缺损及血清谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的中风后遗症期患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。2组患者均给予基础治疗,治疗组加以回医药滴鼻剂治疗;对照组加以生理盐水滴鼻。观察治疗前后第28、56天2组患者神经功能缺损评分,检测血清GSH、MDA水平的变化。结果临床神经功能缺损程度积分与血清MDA的比较:治疗28 d后,对照组较治疗前无变化(P>0.05),治疗组较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗56 d后2组患者较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);血清GSH水平的比较:治疗28 d后,对照组较治疗前无变化(P>0.05),治疗组较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗56 d后:2组患者较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论回医药滴鼻剂能明显改善中风后遗症期患者临床症状,其机理可能与影响血清GSH及MDA水平有关。

Objective To observe the effect of Intranasal drug recorded in Huihui Yaofang on the sequelae of stroke in patients with serum GSH and MDA. Methods A total of 120 patients with sequelae of stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given the same basic treatment in the treatment period, the treatment group ： use the intranasal drug on the base ; the control group ： use Physiological saline to drop in the nose. Two groups were treated for 56 days and then observed neurologic deficit score and detected the serum GSH and MDA levels and analysis before and after treatment. Results Thedegree of neural function defect integral comparison： There was no difference between the two groups before treatment （P 〉0.05 ）. There was no difference in the control group at 28 d（P 〉0.05 ）. The treatment group compared with those before treatment in improving the neural function defect score have difference at 28 d （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Nerve function deficit score were significantly improved at 56 d both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference between the two groups ： the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Comparison of serum GSH and MDA levels ,two groups showed no difference before treatment（ P 〉 0.05 ） There was no difference before and after the trentment at 28 d and 56 d in control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）, there was difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparison between two groups, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Hui medical intranasal drug can significantly improve stroke patients with sequelae of nerve function defect, reduce serum MDA and increased GSH level.
