On the“Workplace-on-Campus” Operational Mechanism under the System of Council——A Case Study of Tea Major of GVTC

理事会体制下校企共建"校中厂"是高职教育深化产教融合的重要途径,是职业教育改革的重要举措,是技术技能型人才培养的创新平台。该文以国家示范性骨干高职院校广西职业技术学院茶叶专业为载体,详述理事会体制下校企共建"校中厂"运行机制的探索与实践,对高职院校校企共建"校中厂"具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

The ＂Workplace-on-Campus＂ operational mechanism under the system of council is a significant way to integrate higher vocational education into industry, and also a creative platform for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents. This paper takes the Tea Major of GVTC as an example to describe the exploration and practice on the ＂Workplace-on-Campus＂ operational mechanism and puts forward some valuable suggestions.
