新形势下工业工程专本衔接专业人才素质和就业能力的专业培养模式研究

On the Cultivating Mode of Talent Quality and Employability for Industrial Engineering Majors Concerning the Connection of Junior College and University

该文针对专本衔接的工业工程专业技术体系和人才培养目标定位,从更新专业课程体系、改迚专业教学体系、加强教师队伍建设、充分使用现代化的教学方法和教学手段、加强学生创新能力的培养等五个方面,提出提升工业工程专本衔接学生就业竞争力的策略。

Focusing on the orientation of talent cultivation and the construction of industrial engineering majors （concerning the Connection of junior college and university）, this paper puts forward some strategies for promoting the employability of those students by concerning the aspects of updating the curriculum system, improving the teaching system, enhancing the teacher profession development, fully using the modemized teaching methods, and reinforcing the cultivation of student＇s innovation ability.
