辽宁电信产业和石化工业的耦合发展研究

On the Coupling Development of Electronic Information Industry and Petrochemical Industry in Liaoning Province

基于系统耦合理论,运用实证分析法,对辽宁省战略性新兴产业——电子信息产业和传统产业——石化工业耦合収展情冴迚行研究。研究収现:两个产业耦合度较高,但综合贡献值差距很大,协调度较低,产业収展处于勉强协调阶段。建议:为实现新旧产业的有序承接和联动収展,辽宁省应保持开放心态,树立创新収展理念,激収产业耦合内生动力,做好省际层面的产业布局。

Based on system coupling theory and the method of empirical analysis, we study the coupling development of electronic information industry and petrochemical industry in Liaoning province. The findings show that the coupling degree of these two industries is obvius, but the comprehensive contribution value and coordination degree are in great difference. The paper puts forward that： the concept of innovative development should be established; the old industry and the new industry should be integrated to develop interactively; the province should stimulate the internal force of coupling and conduct a reasonable industrial distribution.
