寒地匙吻鲟人工繁殖及规模化苗种培育试验

摘要 文章通过总结我国南方匙吻鲟人工繁殖经验,探索哈尔滨市高寒地区匙吻鲟人工繁殖和规模化苗种培育技术。试验研究表明,高寒地区雌性匙吻鲟〉10龄达到性成熟,繁殖适宜水温16~21℃,每千克亲鱼体重怀卵量为1.42万粒,获得受精卵15.2万粒,受精率82.4%,室外22℃池塘水孵化率为52.1%。室内苗种培育5万尾水花,经过30 d培育获得5~7cm鱼苗3.6万尾,成活率为72.0%。 This article summarized the experiences of artificial breeding of paddlefish in southern of China,ex-plored artificial breeding and large-scale larval breeding of paddlefish in Harbin cold zone.The result showed the ageof female sexual maturity was above 10 in cold zone,suitable breeding temperature was 16 to 21℃,fecundity of per ki-logram of body weight was 14 200 eggs.152 000 fertilized eggs was collected,fertilization rate was 82.4% and hatch-ing rate was 52.1% in 22℃ outdoor pond water.A total of 50 000 individual were cultured,and 36 000 individual of 5to 7 centimeter total length was obtained after 30 days,and the survival rate was 72.0%.
