CDK2AP1在口腔白斑中的表达水平研究

Study on the Expressions of CDK2AP1 in Oral Leukoplakia

目的研究细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2关联蛋白1(CDK2AP1)在口腔白斑中的表达。方法采用免疫组化二步法(S-P)检测10例人正常口腔粘膜,22例口腔白斑组织中CDK2AP1蛋白的表达,收集数据并进行统计分析。结果 CDK2AP1蛋白在口腔白斑组织的阳性率(23.71%±7.93%)明显低于正常口腔粘膜组织(63.88%±11.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CDK2AP1在口腔粘膜中的表达水平随着口腔病变恶性程度增高而降低,本指标对口腔病变恶性程度的研究有一定临床意义。

Objective To explore the expressions of cyclin-dependent kinase 2-associated protein 1（ CDK2AP1） in oral leukoplakia.Methods The immunohistochemical two- step（ S- P）technique was used to detect the expressions of CDK2AP1 protein in 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 22 cases of oral leukoplakia tissue.Results The positive rate of CDK2AP1 protein in oral leukoplakia and normal oral mucosa were 23.71%± 7.93% and 63.88%± 11.72%.There was statistical difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression level of CDK2AP1 in the oral mucosa was decreased with the increase of the malignant degree of the oral cavity,which has a certain clinical significance in the study of the malignant degree of oral lesions.
