藏族护理本科生专业思想的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Professional Ideology of Tibetan Nursing Undergraduates

目的了解藏族护理本科生专业思想,为西藏培养优秀而稳定的护理人才提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法对西藏民族大学122名藏族护理本科生个人资料和专业思想进行问卷调查。结果 122名护理本科生中,44人(36.1%)被调剂到护理专业,23人(18.9%)人后悔选择护理专业,15人(12.3%)毕业后肯定转行,92人(75.4%)认为护理工作太辛苦,风险高;与藏族女护生相比,藏族男护生专业思想极不稳定(P<0.01);填写志愿与专业思想稳定成正相关。结论部分藏族护理本科生专业思想不稳定,尤其是男护生,专业思想极不稳定,需要通过多途径加强护理专业思想教育,才能为西藏培养留得住的优秀护理人才。

Objective to explore the professional ideology of Tibetan nursing undergraduates to provide the basis for the cultivation of excellent nursing talents for Tibet.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 122 Tibetan nursing undergraduates in Tibet Nationality University by the method of questionnaire survey.Results 44 students（ 36.1%） were enrolled by regulating matriculation,23 students（ 18.9%） regretted the choice of nursing,15 students（ 12.3%）decided to change their career in the future and 92 students（ 75.4%） thought that nursing work was too hard,with high risk.Compared with Tibetan female nursing undergraduates,the professional ideology of male nursing undergraduates was very unstable（ P〈0.01）.There was a positive correlation between filling out the intention for this major and their professional ideology.Conclusion The professional ideology of some Tibetan nursing undergraduates were not stable,especially for male students.To cultivate the outstanding nursing talents for Tibet,we must strengthen the ideological education of nursing students through many ways.
