西安社区老年人口腔健康行为调查分析

A Survey of Oral Health Behaviors of Elderly People in Xi'an Communities

目的了解西安市社区老年人口腔健康行为,为社区口腔卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的现况调查方法对西安南郊2个社区65岁以上203例老年人进行调查,对自我评价、口腔健康知识、口腔健康行为、就诊意愿等方面进行现场询问并记录。结果社区老年人对自身口腔健康状况满意度不高,口腔健康知识知晓率较低,不同文化程度老年人的口腔健康行为有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论西安社区老年人口腔健康知识较薄弱,口腔健康行为不尽如人意,有待于进一步加强口腔健康教育及口腔健康知识的普及。

Objective To learn the oral health behaviors of the elderly people in Xi＇an communities to provide scientific basis for oral health care in Xi＇an.Methods A questionnaire survey of self-evaluation,oral health knowledge,and oral health behaviors and clinic will were conducted on 203 elderly people over 65 years old in two Xi＇ an communities by random sampling and cross- sectional study. Results The elderly people were not satisfied with their oral health status.Theydidn＇t know much about oral health knowledge.There was significant difference between groups with different education backgrounds（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The oral health knowledge and oral health behaviors of the elderly people in Xi＇an communities were pool.The strategic methods should be taken to improve oral health education and popularize oral health knowledge.
