摘要 为了研究进口流体压强对水冷式多片摩擦制动器摩擦片间流场特性的影响,文章利用ANSYS Fluent有限元分析软件通过对摩擦片模型进行处理与网格划分后,设置进口流体压强大小分别为0.4MPa,0.6MPa,0.8MPa,通过仿真分析,得到了不同进口压强对摩擦片间流体出口处的流体速度的影响、内部流体压强分布情况的影响以及摩擦片间对流换热结果的影响,从而为摩擦片的冷却散热研究提供了合理的依据。 To study fluid inlet pressure effects on the sheet flow characteristics of water-cooled multi disc brake friction, this paper sets the size of inlet fluid pressure as 0.4MPa, 0.6MPa, 0.8MPa, by using ANSYS fluent finite element analysis software through processing and meshing of a friction plate model. Through the simulation analysis, effects of different inlet pressure on the friction between the fluid outlet of the fluid velocity, and the internal fluid pressure distribution of impact and friction between the convection heat results are found. It provides reasonable basis for the cooling of friction plate.
