雷尼酸锶与强骨胶囊对骨质疏松正畸大鼠牙周组织中IGF-1表达的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF STRONTIUM RANELATE AND QIANGGU CAPSULE ON IGF1 EXPRESSION IN RATS PERIODONTAL TISSUE WITH OSTEOPOROSIS ORTHODONTIC TOOTH MOVEMENT

摘要 目的观察雷尼酸锶、强骨胶囊干预下骨质疏松大鼠正畸牙移动后牙周组织中IGF-1的表达和分布,探讨两种药物的疗效。方法取60只3月龄SD雄性大鼠,随机分成实验对照组,模型对照组,雷尼酸锶组,强骨胶囊组,每组各15只。给予模型对照组、雷尼酸锶组、强骨胶囊组维甲酸连续灌胃2周,行骨密度检测,确定骨质疏松模型建立。为所有大鼠安装正畸装置,分别在加力后第七天、十四天、二十一天分批处死,取大鼠上颌第一磨牙及附近牙槽骨,进行HE染色和免疫组化染色,应用半定量分析其牙周组织中IGF-1表达。结果雷尼酸锶组和强骨胶囊组IGF-1表达较模型对照组显著增加(P<0.05);雷尼酸锶组IGF-1表达显著强于强骨胶囊组(P<0.05)。结论雷尼酸锶与强骨胶囊均可增强IGF-1表达,对骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢有正向调节作用,有利于牙齿健康移动;雷尼酸锶的药效强于强骨胶囊。 Objective To observe the expression and distribution of IGF- 1 in the periodontal tissue under the intervention of Strontium ranelate and Qianggu Capsule in the orthodontic tooth movement rats,and to. compare the efficacy of the two drugs. Methods Seventy male SD rats of 3 months were involved in the study, randomly divided into control group, model control group, Strontium ranelate group, Qianggu Capsule group,each group 15 only. The model control group, Strontium ranelate group, Qianggu Capsule group were given tretinoin lavage 2 weeks in a row,then bone mineral density was tested for determining the oste- oporosis model. And the rats were respectively re-divided into 7 d,14 d and 21 d subgroups according to lactation time or forcingtime, and they were respectively killed after 7 days, 14 days and 21 days. The tissue blocks of the first molar of maxillary and nearby alveolar bone weretaken for performing HE staining and immunohistochemical staining and semi- quantitative analysis of IGF- 1 expression in periodontal tissues. Results Compared with the osteoporosis model group, with the intervention of Drugs and full time increased the expression of IGF - 1 was increased in orthodontic osteoporosis rats (P〈0.05) ; Strontium ranelate groups expression was higher than Qianggu Capsule group(P〈0.05). Conclusions Compared with the osteoporosis model group,strontium far, elate and Qianggu Capsule can enhance the expression of IGF - 1,they have positive adjustment function on osteoporosis orthodontics rats and tooth health move- ment; the effect of Strontium ranelate is stronger than Qianggu capsule.
